I only listed the albums that I enjoy the most, if you're interested you can look up more of their shit on your own. Also keep in mind that bandcamp uses shitty google analytics so if you're paranoid like me, view them with umatrix or a similar extension.
This is a very suitable album to have in your playlist if your blood is in need of pumping. Perturbator takes good advantage of Synth instruments in Dangerous Days. His work, especially this particular album sounds more retrofuturistic than 80's inspired like other synthwave. Songs like "Raw Power", "Humans are such Easy Prey", and "Future Club" make you feel like a killing machine regardless of what you're doing while you listen to them. Great background noise for doing the dishes, cardio, or strength training, or shitposting on imageboards. Hard Wired and Minuit also provide intermission time for you to catch your breath.
I doubt King Crimson needs any introduction, they're super popular, at least among boomers. I don't think anyone past that generation cares much about them. If you're familiar with them, you might be curious why I picked Lizard over something more contemporary like "Court of the Crimson King". There's only a handful of songs on that album that I enjoy, and most of them can be listened to individually. I can and have listened to Lizard front to back several times. Expect lots of jazzy sax riffs mixed with orchestral music. You know, expirimental progrock stuff. "Lizard" is also a very badass ending track.
A strange underground japanese band that is best known for their music being in the OST for Jet Set Radio. It's a bit expirimental, but mostly their tune reminds me a lot of grunge, but it's contrasted with the vocalist's cutesy female asian voice. If that type of vocal performance gets under your skin, I can't recommend this. If it doesn't seem to be the type of thing to bother you, though, check them out.
Okay, this one's really niche. It's rap/hiphop but with vocals from spliced audio clips of characters from the video game series "The Elder Scrolls". Expect lots of wordplay involving obscure parts of the game's lore and shit. The Jiub EP is very nice, but I like the singles that Young Scrolls produces a lot better overall.
Witchhouse band, which is a genre I'm not too familiar with but from my understanding is characterized by it's use of a single sample from another song and giving it a different instrumental. Whatever it is, I fuck with it a lot. I already enjoyed a lot of the original songs but their re-uses are venerable. The album is pretty somber for a majority of it's duration, but that convention is broken by "worry" which feels like a bittersweet ending to a legendary story, if that makes any sense. Coincidentally it's my favorite track in here. There's a bit of a hiphop motif in some of the tracks too which I think is also common for witchhouse. It doesn't stand out in a bad way too much. Good chill music if you're feeling edgy.
